I feel that this will be a good resource for you topic. It displays what the University of Puerto Rico is doing to help their environment and water system and their motivation behind it. In this newsletter, they talk about different projects they are using for development.
I do agree this will help me with my research because it shows how some people are trying to make a difference in the environment of Puerto Rico, and they are college students just like me. Another good thing is that it lists ongoing projects with a brief description of what it is trying to accomplish.
